NVV’s winery is a unique facility that represents the grit and spice of East Texas in combining a modern design with vintage touches. A modest building, it is surrounded by a variety of trees. The building itself is a 2,000 square foot facility which houses a tasting room, winemaking facility, winery lab, wine storage and office areas. Inside the wine production area are modern stainless steel tanks and bottling equipment.

The tasting room is a modified version of the decorated pioneer style encompassing a rustic design with Victorian style wrought iron embellishments. The bar in the tasting room was constructed from the wood of an antique oak desk, complete with a large ink stain, that sat in Buzz’s grandparents’ antique store in Jefferson, Texas, for many years. It was finished with reclaimed wood from a century-old home in East Texas. The style is replicated at the entrance with two dramatic vintage wrought iron fixtures featuring grape leaf embellishments and a wood deck for viewing comfort under the large Sweetgum shade tree. The tasting room is furnished with tables, wine display racks and other woodwork crafted by Kemit Mouton, a family member.

“Every visit is met with genuine warm greetings, exceptional customer service, and of course...FANTASTIC wine! I drive all the way from Dallas Texas to enjoy the ambiance of sweet Naca Valley. Usually my girlfriends and I meet here for our seasonal reunions; however next visit we plan on bringing our husbands too! 10/10 recommend! The best kept secret in Nacogdoches...but not for long!”

“Always a good time to be had! A quality business ran by a hardworking family who make you feel as if you were just a long lost cousin! I always enjoy coming out here to have a glass of wine and chat with them about Marvel, happenings around town, or our families. Beautiful area and their wines are all from Texas! The wine a ritas are really good for a hot day! I will come by time and time again.”

“NACA Valley should be on your "must do" list if you are in the Nacogdoches area. The wines are great, the grounds are beautiful, and the owners are such gracious hosts. Take your friends for the afternoon, relax on the deck, and enjoy yourselves. You won't be disappointed.”
